Series 100 Temporary Power Bypass

 

The following links will display the wiring diagrams of the Power (Rear) Circuit Board and show the power and pump connections.Please click on the model you have:

We suggest you have a licensed electrician perform the following:


SBX-100

SBX-100  Units

Turn off the circuit breaker to the pool equipment. Indentify each wire. Then remove the wire on Pin 5 and put a wire nut on it. Remove the wires on 1 and 4 and wire nut them together. Remove the wires on 3 and 6 and wire nut them together. When the circuit breaker is turned on, the pump will run in high speed.

 

SBX-101

SBX-101 Two Speed Controllers

Turn off the circuit breaker to the pool equipment. Indentify each wire. Then remove the wire on Pin 6 and put a wire nut on it. Remove the wires on 1 and 4 and wire nut them together. Remove the wires on 3 and 5 and wire nut them together. When the circuit breaker is turned on, the pump will run in high speed.

 

SBX-102

SBX-102 2-Speed Controllers

Turn off the circuit breaker to the pool equipment. Indentify each wire. Then remove the wire on Pin 6 and put a wire nut on it. Remove the wires on 1 and 4 and wire nut them together. Remove the wires on 3 and 5 and wire nut them together. When the circuit breaker is turned on, the pump will run in high speed.

 

 

SBX-102A

SBX-102A 2-Speed Controllers

Turn off the circuit breaker to all the pool equipment. Identify each wire. Then remove the wires from terminal 1 and install it on terminal 5. Remove the wire from terminal 2 and install it on terminal 6. Make sure all terminals are tightened and wires are held securely in place. Terminals 5 & 6 will each have two wires installed on them. When the circuit breker is turned on the pump will run in high speed.
